Mama Bird is a local retreat in L.A. for women who seek the perfect opportunity to relax and discover their truth through art, nature, yoga, sound healing, and much more.
Who is Mama Bird Retreat for? It’s for the mamas who know that self-care is a part of being a good mom.
It’s for the women who aren’t mamas, but know the power of womanhood.
It’s for the divine feminine that sometimes rocks a messy bun and sweats, and is not always perfectly polished.
It’s for you. Because you’re open to a community where you can receive the energy to fly gracefully into your own journey of well-being.
What do we do? Each retreat is special and never the same as the last. We offer a range of experiences, including hikes, ceremonies, sound baths, drum circles, artistic discovery, vision boards, and, of course, yoga. With an emphasis on self-awareness, you will also receive card readings, guided meditations, and a light energy reiki healing.
Christine, along with her vetted teachers, will guide and nurture each Mama Bird along a series of unique therapeutic postures, dynamic stretches, and more.

Christine Saiyan is a mama to two whimsical, beautiful girls. She is a wife, a sister, a guide, and a cc over a decade of experience, Christine gets that Yoga is not one-size-fits-all; everyone’s journey to mindful living is unique, and your practice should be, too!
The path to deep healing is personal. Which means, your yoga experience should be personal as well. Christine approaches each student with great care by accommodating individual needs.
Her extensive knowledge of wellness and Yoga Therapy ensures that every student receives tailored, gentle guidance to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery from previous injuries.
